PLEURABRADE™

The Pleurabrade™ is a general use disposable instrument consisting of nylon bristles in a twisted stainless steel brush format with an acrylic blunt tip at the distal end of the instrument. The shaft is comprised of annealed stainless steel tubing. Both the shaft and the brush are designed for bending in order to gain better access to various tissue spaces. The instrument may be placed through a 5mm access port.
